Anker offers a straightforward, hassle-free warranty process. Warranty periods vary by product model. See the chart below for details. The duration may vary by country or region. For products purchased through offline dealers, please refer to the specific after-sales warranty policies.
This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable laws.

1. Standard Warrant Periods

This limited warranty is provided by Anker to you, the original purchaser. We warrant each product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase.
Exclusions:
  • Corporate purchases or bulk orders (10+ units of the same product)
  • Crowdfunding orders (Kickstarter, Indiegogo) follow platform return rules

Return Requirements

Product Condition:
  • No visible wear, damage, or signs of use
  • Must include all original accessories and packaging
  • Free gifts must be returned together with purchased items
  • For promotional bundles ("Buy One Get One", "Gift with Purchase"), all items must be returned together
Shipping & Refund:
  • Buyer pays return shipping for non-quality issues
  • Refund covers product cost only (excluding shipping)
  • For pre-orders, 30-day period starts from shipping date
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of opening warranty claim

Return Process

  1. Contact Anker customer support with order number and reason for return
  2. Receive return address within 24 business hours
  3. Send return notification with:
    1. Courier name
    2. Tracking number
  4. Refund processed after warehouse inspection (3-5 business days)

Order Cancellation

  • Self-cancel within 1 hour of ordering
  • Contact support.mea@anker.com after 1 hour
  • Cannot cancel orders already in shipping phase

Special Notes (soundcore/Nebula Projectors)

  • Projectors: Unused and undamaged items eligible for full refund
  • If opened but unused: 10% deduction may apply for repackaging costs
  • Must be returned in "as-new" condition

 

3. Warranty Claims for Quality Issues

Coverage

All quality-related defects are covered starting from the purchase date. Warranty applies only in the country of purchase.
Replacement Options (in order of preference):
  1. Factory-refurbished product of equal value
  2. New product if refurbished unavailable
  3. Partial refund based on usage period if replacement not possible
Replacement Warranty Period: Longer of:
  • Remaining original warranty period
  • 3 months from replacement date

Claim Process

Required Information:
  • Valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
  • Troubleshooting documentation
  • Serial number and/or clear visual evidence of defect
  • Product may need to be returned for quality inspection
Timeline: Claims must be submitted within 90 days of opening warranty case

Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Order number and shipping address (for online purchases)
  • Sales invoice with seller name and product details
  • Dated receipt from authorized reseller showing product description and price

Not Covered

  • Normal wear and aging (battery capacity reduction, color changes)
  • Products without valid proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Products beyond warranty period
  • Non-quality issues reported >30 days after purchase
  • Free products or promotional giveaways
  • Third-party repairs or modifications
  • External damage or misuse (drops, extreme temperatures, liquid damage, improper operation)
  • Products from unauthorized resellers

Liability Exclusions

Anker is not liable for:
  • Data loss from product use
  • Accidental returns or personal items sent to Anker
  • Unauthorized return costs
  • Losses from product misuse (compensation capped at original purchase price)
  • Return damage/loss during transit (for non-quality claims, buyer responsible)

4. eufy PoE NVR Special Warrant Terms

eufy guarantees to the original purchaser that each eufy PoE NVR product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, provided:
  • Product purchased from eufy or authorized sellers
  • Follow official documentation guidelines
  • Product installed at original address and used as expected

Notes

  • Warranty policy may be updated based on legal requirements, internal policies, or product revisions
  • Policy applies only to official Anker channel purchases
  • For products purchased through third-party platforms (Amazon, Noon) or authorized distributors, refer to their respective policies
  • Anker reserves the right to interpret and modify this policy
